Banana Piña Colada

Everything you love about a Piña Colada with the addition of creamy, banana flavor. Cold, sweet and fruity. This drink is perfect for the hot weather months!

Ingredients

3 frozen bananas

2 c frozen pineapple chunks

1 c pineapple juice

1/2 c full fat coconut milk

1/2 c white rum

spray can coconut whipped cream (optional)

maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Distribute piña colada between 3-4 glasses (this will depend on the size of the glasses).
  2. Garnish and Serve: Top glasses with coconut whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple if desired. Serve immediately.

*Do not make this recipe before you are ready to serve it. It will melt even if stored in the refrigerator.

**If you would prefer to use fresh bananas over frozen, be sure to add 2 cups of ice to your blender. This will ensure your piña coladas come out cold and creamy.
