These frozen mimosas will have you saying goodbye to just about every other staple, brunch beverage. With flavors including orange-mango, watermelon and pineapple, this late breakfast (or anytime!) slushie will forever replace your obsession with its standard counterpart.

Ingredients

Orange-Mango

2 c frozen mango

1/2 c orange juice

1/4 c champagne or sparkling wine

1/2 oz orange liqueur

Pineapple

2 c frozen pineapple

1/2 c pineapple juice

1/4 c champagne or sparkling wine

1/2 oz orange liqueur

Watermelon

2 c watermelon chunks

1 c ice

1/4 c champagne or sparkling wine

1/2 oz orange liqueur

Instructions

  1. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. If your blender is having a hard time you can add in some additional juice or champagne. Serve immediately.
