1 green apple, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 lime, quartered
3 tbsp agave nectar
2 c water
sparkling water to top
Instructions
- Blend: Add green apple, lime (rind and all), agave nectar and water to a high speed blender. Blend on high for 1 minute. Run the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher and discard the pulp.
- Garnish and Serve: Fill 4 cocktail glasses filled with ice about 3/4 of the way full with green apple-lime juice. Top each glass with soda water. Garnish with lime slices. Serve immediately.
Notes
*If you would like to get ahead, you can blend the green apple-lime mixture, run it through a sieve into a pitcher and then refrigerate until ready to serve. It will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
