Peppermint anything is totally good with me and I feel really bad for all of the people out there who can't stand it. Some of the most difficult things I had to give up when I went vegan included Junior Mints, those little candies they give you at Olive Garden after the conclusion of the meal, and most importantly - York Peppermint Patties. As such, I figured it was finally time to do a little research and put together my own recipe for homemade Vegan Peppermint Patties. Now you can make them too! Let's get to it.
